About Consultation
Consultations are free of charge. You can schedule a consultation by phone or through our website. Please come to the cafe and talk to us about your concerns in a relaxed atmosphere. BLUEPRINT does not have any sales representatives, and we do not do any forced sales.
We design buildings for a variety of purposes, including homes, commercial facilities such as stores, and public facilities, so please consult with us regardless of the purpose of your project. We offer a wide range of services, including not only new construction, but also renovations such as remodeling and extensions.
トライアルコースについて
About Trial Course
事前にトライアルコースというデザイナーのラフプランをご提示させて頂くプランをご用意しております。そちらに申し込んで頂ければ、計画全体のおおまかな目安としての資金計画の提示が可能となります。
詳細のお見積は設計契約をしていただき詳細なプランが決定してからのご提示となりますが、お客様のご希望次第で費用は随時金額は変動してまいります。こちらのプランの費用は3万円＋税を頂きますが、ご契約頂けた場合には、設計費用に充当致します。
We offer a trial course in which a rough plan is presented to you in advance. If you sign up for this course, we will be able to present you with a rough financial plan for the entire project.
A detailed estimate will be provided after the design contract is signed and the detailed plan is finalized, but the cost will vary depending on your wishes. The cost of this plan is 30,000 yen plus tax, which will be applied to the design cost if a contract is signed.

設計の自由度は高くなりますので、どういった建物を創るかによってコストの高い建物になるかどうかは決まってきます。
私たちは、建築が難しい不整形地や斜面地などの格安な土地の利用や、材料の無駄を省き、合理的な構造計画など、既成概念にとらわれず考えぬき、 例え予算的条件が厳しくとも妥協ではない、豊かな空間を目指しております。

We aim to create rich spaces that do not compromise on budgetary requirements by thinking outside the box, such as using inexpensive land with irregular shapes or slopes that are difficult to build on, eliminating wasteful use of materials, and rational structural planning.
設計料について
About design fees
延床40坪までは一律、130万円(税込)です。40坪～は内容によって決定いたします。
The flat rate is 1.3 million yen (tax included) for floors up to 40 tsubo. Prices starting from 40 tsubo will be determined depending on the content.
土地について
About Land
BLUEPRINTの建築デザイナーは、長崎ならではの土地をうまく活用することにたけています。狭い土地、利便性が悪い土地、坂の上の土地などなど。お家を建てるにはなかなかに一癖も二癖もある土地でも、小さければ小さいことを活かした提案を。もっと楽しめる提案を。そんなお家ががみんなのワクワクに変わっていくのが楽しみでたまらないのです。
ご相談の時点で、敷地や物件が決まっていなくても結構です。敷地の特性やご予算、お考えを伺った上で、様々なアドバイスをさせていただきます。また、敷地や物件探しもお手伝いできます。希望エリア等がございましたらお気軽にご相談ください。
BLUEPRINT's architectural designers are skilled at making the best use of land that is unique to Nagasaki. Small lots, lots with poor accessibility, lots on top of hills, etc.... Even if the land is too small to build a house on, we can make the most of the smallness. Proposals that make it more enjoyable. We are looking forward to seeing such a house turn into something exciting for everyone.
At the time of consultation, it is fine if you do not have a specific site or property in mind. We will give you a variety of advice based on the characteristics of the site, your budget, and your ideas. We can also help you find a site or property.
竣工までの流れについて
Process to completion of construction
Step 01. ご相談
規模・予算・どのような建物をご希望されるかをご相談下さい。メールもしくはお電話を頂いた後、直接お会いしてお話をお伺い致します。土地の選定、調査等設計に事前に必要な内容に関しても可能な限り協力させていただきます。お気軽にご相談ください
Step02. 提案書作成（ 1ヶ月程度 ）
ご要望と敷地の資料を元に、法的な条件の整理等行い、提案書を作成いたします。提案書を元に、ご依頼頂くかどうかをご検討下さい。費用は￥33,000ですが、ご契約頂いた場合は設計料に充当いたします。
Step03. 設計監理契約
提案書に基づきご納得いただけた段階で、設計監理契約を締結させていただきます。
Step04. 設計検討・見積期間（ 1ヶ月程度 ）
提案書に基づき、ご納得いただけた段階で、設計監理契約を締結させていただきます。
Step 01. Consultation
Please contact us to discuss the size, budget, and type of building you would like. After receiving your email or phone call, we will meet with you in person to discuss your needs. We will also cooperate as much as possible with you in selecting land, conducting surveys, and other matters necessary for the design process. Please feel free to contact us.
Step02. proposal preparation
(about 1 month)
We will prepare a proposal based on your request and the site data, including the legal conditions. Based on the proposal, please consider whether or not you would like us to design your house. The cost is ¥33,000, which will be allocated to the design fee if a contract is signed.
Step03. design supervision contract
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will conclude a design and supervision contract.
Step04.Design review and estimation period (about 1 month)
Based on the proposal, a design and supervision contract will be signed once you are satisfied with the proposal.
